FANNIE MAE CERTIFICATION
We are pleased to announce that the condominium received a final project approval letter
from Fannie Mae.
The issue whether

Restaurant Violators
The following is a list of
restaurants that have violated building regulations by placing menus under apartment doors.
· The first
infraction results in the restaurant being added to the violators list.
· A second
infraction results in a sixty day suspension and residents will be asked to pick their food up from the lobby.
· If
the restaurant has more than two infractions they will be permanently suspended.
